Job summary

Ryder is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at the Charlotte location. You will supervise up to technicians, schedule work, and ensure repair quality while meeting safety and financial targets.

You’ll drive customer satisfaction, manage workflow efficiency, and back up shop operations as needed. A strong emphasis on communication and accountability is required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required; higher degrees preferred.
• 1 year to 3 years in maintenance operations; Ryder role may substitute.
• Microsoft Office intermediate.

• Manage work scheduling and assign to technicians.
• Oversee labor management and staff performance.
• Maintain customer relationships and vehicle uptime.
• Control maintenance budgets and location P&L targets.
