Job summary

ApplegreenUSA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily shifts at one of our travel plazas in the Northeast/Midwest. You will ensure exceptional customer service, enforce cash handling policies, and uphold brand standards and food safety requirements.

You will train new team members, monitor compliance, and support opening/closing procedures while maintaining product knowledge and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures and checklists.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, stocking and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen-related tasks and stock/sanitize workstation.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products and maintain product knowledge.
• Assist in training new team members and follow brand standards.
