Applegreen is seeking a Shift Supervisor in the United States to lead daily operations across travel plazas and ensure exceptional traveler service. You will supervise team members, uphold brand standards, and contribute to a safe, efficient guest experience.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, POS operation, cash handling, and ongoing training to maintain quality and consistency across locations. A friendly, proactive approach is essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures.
• Operate POS and process payments following cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling including stocking, dating, labeling, and temperature checks.
• Train new team members and maintain brand standards.
