Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers is seeking a motivated Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations across our travel plazas. You will supervise team members, ensure top-notch customer service, and uphold brand standards and food safety requirements.

You’ll help train new team members, manage cash handling, and ensure opening, closing, and POS procedures are followed. The role requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on safe, efficient service for travelers.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists.
