Job summary

Applegreen is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead hourly teams at travel plazas across the Northeast and Midwest. You will ensure excellent customer service, enforce brand standards, and manage day-to-day operations on shift to support a smooth guest experience.

The role requires cash handling, POS operation, and adherence to food safety and training guidelines while mentoring new staff and maintaining high performance.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service by engaging with travelers and resolving complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists per policy.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow customer service and cash handling policies.
