Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations at our travel plazas. You will oversee team members, ensure friendly customer service, manage cash handling, and uphold brand standards and food safety policies.

You’ll train new hires, supervise opening/closing tasks, and help maintain product knowledge while delivering fast, accurate service to travelers across our outlets and amenities.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures.
• Operate POS and process payments according to policies.
• Ensure proper food handling and safety standards.
• Train new team members and maintain product knowledge.
