Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in the United States is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold brand standards and food safety requirements. You will help train new team members and monitor cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, POS operation, food safety compliance, cross-selling, and maintaining product knowledge across plaza offerings.

Qualifikationen

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Aufgaben

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures per policy.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Ensure proper food handling and temperature checks.
• Prepare, thaw, cook, package, wrap, and clean kitchen tasks.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards, food safety, and company policies.
• Inform leadership of observations or problems; perform other tasks as assigned.
