Qualifications

• Capable of handling cash and basic math with US currency.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and directs others in the absence of GM/Asst GM.
• Ensures food/beverages are prepared per Yoshinoya specs and safety rules.
• Trains staff and monitors shift activities with consistent feedback.
• Maintains cash handling procedures and performs deposits as needed.
• Keeps the restaurant clean and checks machinery for proper function.
• Responds to customer complaints per policy and coordinates refunds.
• Monitors inventory rotation and FIFO compliance.
• Attends in-house seminars and communicates with management.
