Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training recommended.

Aufgaben

• Monitors and ensures prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
• Monitors and ensures all menu items are prepared and served according to standard procedures.
• Ensures assigned job tasks are carried out by Team Members.
• Assists Team Members to prepare quality products, provide service, and maintain a clean restaurant.
• Demonstrates proper procedures for Team Members to follow.
• Ensures safety and security policies and procedures are enforced.
• Monitors opening/closing duties on Shift Awareness Checklists.
• Follows proper product procedures for all menu items.
• Follows receiving, handling, and storage procedures, including rotation and icing.
• Maintains professional and ethical leadership behaviors.
• Ensures on-time attendance by each employee for shift.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
