Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking a Shift Leader to guide on-shift Team Members, coach and train to deliver an outstanding customer experience while adhering to Cajun Operating Company policies.

You will monitor service quality, food safety, and shift routines, including opening/closing tasks and cash handling processes. Must be at least 18 years old, with HS diploma recommended and ServSafe training encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A high school diploma or GED is highly recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and ensures prompt, friendly customer service.
• Ensures menu items are prepared and served to standard procedures.
• Oversees team members to carry out assigned tasks.
