Job summary

Campero USA Corp. is seeking a Shift Manager in Florida to train, develop, and lead the crew while coordinating end-to-end operations. You will plan shift duties, ensure procedures are followed, and resolve issues to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in similar roles or with customer experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership potential by actively supporting team dynamics.
• Preferred: Food Handlers Card/ ServSafe Certification.
• Fluent in English and Spanish is an asset.
• Ability to work with computers; lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Plan duties and responsibilities for each shift.
• Verify compliance of procedures and protocols.
• Attend and resolve problems as they arise in restaurant operation.
• Assist the General Manager.
• Coach and lead a team with minimal supervision.
• Involve in operational and technical training of employees.
• Maintain a positive atmosphere of teamwork and energy.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints.
• Apply continuous improvement mindset to processes and procedures.
• Open/close restaurant and assist with inventory.
• Assist with staffing needs and controllables and labor.
• Maintain sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards.
