Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the store management team and drive store execution while delivering excellent customer service. You will lead the team in the absence of a manager, handle opening and closing procedures, and ensure merchandise and displays meet weekly standards.

This role requires flexible scheduling including mornings, overnights and weekends, with pay around $16 per hour and a strong benefits mix for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Manage the store staff in the absence of a manager and ensure smooth store operations.
• Assist customers and resolve questions following company policy while promoting CVS service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventories per promotions and planograms
