Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. This role leads store staff in the absence of a manager, ensures opening/closing procedures are completed, and maintains smooth operations across departments.

The position emphasizes customer relations, merchandising, and team supervision, with a typical 25 hours per week. Competitive pay and benefits available for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite, ensuring smooth operations.
• Supervise the crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet, help and thank customers.
• Maintain customer privacy and confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves, execute displays and seasonal updates.
• Reset departments following planograms and inventory displays.
