Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead staff when managers are offsite and ensure opening and closing tasks are completed accurately.

The role requires flexibility for early mornings, overnights, and weekend shifts, with a pay range of $16.00–$23.00 per hour and benefits eligible for part-time staff.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations in the absence of a manager or supervisor.
• Lead store crews and supervise activities with clear direction and follow-up.
• Assist customers and uphold CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and reset departments per plans.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth store presentation.
