Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering store execution and customer service excellence. This role may lead the store staff when managers are not onsite, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed.

The position emphasizes customer service, merchandising, and safe, efficient store operations with a typical weekly workload of 29 hours and a pay range of $17.92–$26.92 per hour based on location and experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations in coordination with Store Management and crews.
• Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively between store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to promote a positive CVS experience.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and adhere to company policy.
