Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in store execution and customer service excellence. When no manager is onsite, you will lead the store crew, supervise activities, and ensure timely opening and closing procedures.

You will handle customer questions, maintain confidentiality, and promote a positive shopping experience while managing merchandise and displays. The role requires flexibility to cover early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Required: Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Required: Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Required: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, manage displays and inventory, and reset departments following plans.
