• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise store staff and operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote a positive shopping experience.
• Promote CVS customer service culture with greeting, offering help and thanking customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and execute displays, signs and inventory for weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandise.
