Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution and build loyalty through excellent customer service. This role leads staff in manager absences, ensures smooth operations, and completes opening/closing tasks.

The position requires strong deductive reasoning, communication, and supervision skills, with a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends. Full-time, with pay range $17.00–$26.00 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management to drive store execution and performance.
• Supervise store staff when managers are absent and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers with questions, issues and complaints while promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, stock shelves and reset departments as needed.
• Protect customer/patient confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience.
