Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead the staff when managers are not onsite, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and uphold CVS’s standards in service, safety, and quality.

The role emphasizes supervision, merchandising, and strong communication with management and crews to maintain a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers with questions and complaints, promoting CVS customer service.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain displays and weekly promotions.
• Reset departments following planograms and ensure confidentiality.
