Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution, and build customer loyalty through exceptional service. When no manager is on site, you lead the staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed efficiently.

You’ll supervise daily operations, assist customers, maintain merchandise displays, stock shelves, and coordinate communication between management and crews.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical thinking.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when manager or supervisor is not on site, ensuring smooth operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture; handle questions and complaints.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Maintain confidentiality and support store management and crews through effective communication.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs) and ensure proper inventory and signage.
