Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team and drive store execution and performance. You will lead staff when no manager is onsite, ensuring smooth operations and completion of opening and closing procedures.

The role emphasizes customer service, supervision, and merchandise presentation, including pricing, stock management, and display maintenance. A part‑time schedule with varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in absence of manager, ensuring opening/closing procedures.
• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Assist customers and handle questions, problems and complaints to promote customer service culture.
• Manage merchandise presentation, price merchandise, stock shelves and maintain displays.
