Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. When no manager is onsite, you will lead the store staff and ensure smooth operations, including opening and closing tasks, while maintaining confidentiality and a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers.

Responsibilities include supervising crews, coordinating with management, assisting customers, and executing merchandise displays

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Coordinate with store management and crews, supervise activities, and communicate effectively across teams.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, manage displays, and inventory weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.
