Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management and drive store execution. You will lead staff in the absence of a manager, ensure opening/closing procedures, and uphold customer service standards to foster loyalty.

Responsibilities include supervising crews, merchandising, price setting, stock management, and safeguarding confidentiality while delivering a positive shopping experience. Superior communication and flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills with strong computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervisory abilities.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends.
• Retail supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain customer service standards and resolve issues per policy.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays and price items.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
