Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and customer experience. You will lead the store staff when managers aren’t onsite, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed and operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities include supervising crews, handling customer questions and complaints, maintaining confidentiality, merchandising, and ensuring displays and inventory are accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Manage and support store operations with the CVS Store Management team.
• Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews about priorities and issues.
