Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution, performance, and customer service. When no manager is onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads staff, ensures opening and closing procedures are completed, and maintains a safe, inviting shopping environment.

You will supervise crew, assist customers, price merchandise, stock shelves, and ensure promotions are implemented.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers and resolve questions, problems and complaints while promoting service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and ensure displays and promotions are correctly set and maintained.
