Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join the CVS Store Management team. You will help drive store execution and customer service, stepping in when managers are unavailable and ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, merchandising, pricing, stock management, and maintaining a positive shopping experience while protecting confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise store crew and work with store management to drive execution.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage merchandising displays and seasonal rotations.
• Support opening and closing procedures and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
