Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution, customer service excellence, and brand standards. When a manager or Operations Supervisor is not onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads staff, ensures opening and closing procedures are completed, and helps build consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy.

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing tasks.

• Stock shelves, price merchandise, and maintain displays.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold safety and quality standards.
