Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and performance and to foster excellent customer service. This role may lead the staff when managers are off-site, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed and operations run smoothly.

Essential duties include supervising the crew, assisting customers, maintaining stock and displays, and upholding CVS customer service standards.

• Advanced communication and supervision abilities.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays.
• Execute weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandise displays and inventories.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
