Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in store execution and customer service excellence. When no manager is on site, you lead staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed to maintain smooth operations.

You will supervise crews, communicate with management, assist customers, maintain confidentiality, and ensure proper merchandising, pricing and stock.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Supervise the crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote service culture.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, price items and stock shelves.
• Reset departments following planograms and seasonal promos.
