Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team, driving store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through exceptional service. When no manager is onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the staff and ensures opening and closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise the crew, price merchandise, stock shelves, reset departments, and maintain displays. You will communicate with management and customers, resolve issues, and uphold CVS

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Retail supervisor experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of the manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise store crew and assign/direct activities.
• Communicate information effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints.
• Maintain CVS customer service culture and customer confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and weekly promos.
