Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management and drive store execution with a focus on customer service and operational excellence. You will lead staff when managers are unavailable, oversee opening/closing tasks, and help maintain a welcoming, efficient CVS/pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, assisting customers, merchandising, and maintaining stock and displays.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Management: Work effectively with store management and store crews; supervise the store’s crew and communicate with management and crews.
• Customer Service: Assist customers with questions and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture; maintain confidentiality.
• Merchandise/Presentation: Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays and inventory, reset departments following POGs.
