Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required
• Associate's degree preferred or 1-3 years of maintenance operations experience; substituted for requirement in Ryder role
• Bachelor's degree preferred or 1-3 years of maintenance operations experience; substituted for requirement in Ryder role
• Maintenance and technical experience in a shop environment required
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with a Shop Management System preferred
• Microsoft Office intermediate preferred

Responsibilities

• Workflow management: analyze, plan and schedule work for technicians; track productivity; conduct shift/shop meetings; review RO
• Labor management: training and development of personnel; performance management
• Customer management: manage customer relationships, issue resolution, satisfaction and retention; PM scheduling and updates
• Asset management: maintain location appearance and equipment; manage parts inventory; vehicle specifications
• Quality management: perform quality inspections, communicate root cause actions, ensure repairs meet standards
• Financial management: control maintenance costs; payroll and PO approvals; bill back processes
