Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; 1–3 years in maintenance ops.
• Maintenance/technical shop experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with a Shop Management System preferred.
• Microsoft Office intermediate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage workflow: planning, scheduling, assigning work to technicians, tracking productivity.
• Labor management: training and development of personnel; performance management.
• Customer management: maintain relationships, ensure uptime and issue resolution.
• Asset management: oversee location appearance, tools, equipment, inventory policies.
• Quality management: conduct inspections, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Financial management: control costs, payroll approvals, invoicing, and variance reporting.
