Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role includes shift management in the Manager’s absence and requires strong communication skills.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and ASE certification or related automotive knowledge is a plus. Total compensation includes competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure execution of service programs.
• Handle store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
• Ensure all orders, transfers, and shipments are processed timely and communicated to customers as needed.
• Manage returns and exchanges and issue refunds using proper payment methods.
• Verify merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and coordinate with security routines.
