Job summary
O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to assist the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management in their absence, and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
- Retail experience in auto parts is preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
- ASE Certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead store team to provide excellent customer service.
- Supervise customer service levels and programs in the showroom.
- Ensure telephone calls are answered per policy.
- Process buy online / ship to store orders and transfers.
- Handle returns, exchanges, refunds efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
- Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
- Manage adherence to posted schedules and clock-ins/out.
