Aufgaben

• Lead store team to provide excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels and programs in the showroom.
• Ensure telephone calls are answered per policy.
• Process buy online / ship to store orders and transfers.
• Handle returns, exchanges, refunds efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Manage adherence to posted schedules and clock-ins/out.
