Qualifications

• Strong communication is essential for coordinating with store staff and customers.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification as required by the role.

• Retail experience, preferably in auto parts, is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to programs.
• Ensure phones are answered per policy and orders are processed timely.
• Manage day-to-day store operations including opening/closing duties and cash handling.
