Job summary

CVS Health in Panama City Beach is looking for a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. When managers are not onsite, you lead the store staff, ensuring procedures are followed and operations run smoothly.

You will supervise the crew, assist customers, maintain displays, stock shelves, and reinforce CVS’s service culture while protecting confidentiality and following company policies.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor and ensure smooth store operations.
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints and promote CVS service culture.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves and manage displays, signage, and weekly promotional items.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately and uphold confidentiality.
