Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering strong store execution and customer service. When managers are absent, you will lead the store staff and ensure completion of opening and closing procedures.

You will supervise crews, communicate with management, handle customer inquiries, and uphold CVS customer service culture while maintaining confidentiality and accurate merchandising practices.

Qualifications

• Required qualifications include deductive reasoning, analytics and computer skills.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities are essential.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when manager or supervisor is not onsite and ensure smooth operations.
• Open and close store procedures are completed.
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints and promote CVS service culture.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information.
• Stock shelves, price merchandise, and manage displays per weekly/promotional plans.
