Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support the store management team in daily execution and performance. This role leads staff in the absence of a manager and ensures opening/closing tasks are completed while maintaining excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include supervising crews, assisting customers, maintaining product displays and inventory, and coordinating with management to uphold CVS customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring smooth operations.
• Support store management by supervising crews and directing activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to promote a positive shopping experience.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves and manage displays and weekly promotions.
• Execute displays, signages, and inventory for seasonal merchandise and off-shelf items.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures when required.
