Job summary

CVS Health in Tampa, FL is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive execution and customer service excellence. The role leads staff when no manager is onsite and ensures opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.

You will supervise daily tasks, assist customers, and maintain inventory, pricing, and displays according to planograms, while upholding confidentiality and a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff in the absence of management to ensure smooth operations.
• Support store management and crews in daily tasks.
• Assign, direct and follow up on activities to execute store plans.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signage and inventory for weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following planogram guidelines (POGs).
