Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Florida to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service. When managers are unavailable, you lead staff, oversee opening/closing procedures, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

You will supervise crew, assist customers, promote a high level of service, maintain confidentiality, and handle merchandising and displays. Part-time position with benefits and a typical weekly schedule of around 29 hours.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills are required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities are needed.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage store staff in absence of store manager or supervisor and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture while maintaining confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, maintain displays and reset departments per planograms.
