Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. When managers are unavailable, you lead the staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed smoothly.

You will supervise crew, communicate effectively with management, and help maintain merchandising standards while delivering a positive CVS customer experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills are required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights, and weekends, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations in the absence of a manager, ensuring procedures are completed.
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, display and inventory weekly, promotional and seasonal items, and maintain off-shelf merchandise.
