CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution with a focus on customer service excellence. You will lead the store staff in the absence of management, ensure opening and closing procedures, and uphold CVS standards.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when managers are not onsite; ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet, help, thank customers.
• Handle customer relations per company policy and maintain confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; manage displays and inventory.
• Reset departments after planograms and maintain off-shelf merchandise.
