Responsabilités

• Lead store operations in absence of manager, ensuring smooth execution.
• Collaborate with store management and crews to drive performance.
• Direct and follow up on all activities of the store staff.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve questions or issues.
• Greet customers, assist, and promote CVS service culture.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves as needed.
• Execute displays, signage, and inventory for weekly promotions.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
