CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Florida to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance with a focus on excellent customer service. When managers are absent, you will lead staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, while upholding policy and safety standards.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• 1. Management: Work effectively with store management and store crews; Supervise the store's crew through directing and following up of activities; Communicate information to and from management and crews.
• 2. Customer Service: Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; Promote CVS customer service culture; Handle customer relations per policy and maintain confidentiality.
• 3. Merchandise/Presentation: Price merchandise; Stock shelves; Execute displays, signs and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items; Manage off-shelf merchandise and reset departments following planograms.
