CVS Health in Tampa, FL is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team. When no manager is onsite, you lead the store staff, ensure opening and closing procedures, and drive store execution and performance through a focus on outstanding customer service.

You will supervise crews, assist customers, price and stock merchandise, and maintain displays while upholding CVS policies and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsabilités

• Supervise the store crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays and inventory per weekly, promotional and seasonal plans
