Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering exceptional customer service and store execution. In the absence of a manager, you will lead staff, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and maintain a smooth operation throughout shifts.

You will supervise crew activities, communicate with management, assist customers, and promote a positive CVS customer service culture while ensuring confidentiality and accurate merchandising practices.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical thinking, and computer skills are required.
• Advanced communication and supervision abilities.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends, and urgent issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of a manager or supervisor and ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with store management and crews; supervise all activities and direct tasks.
