CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team by driving execution and customer loyalty through excellent service. When managers are absent, you lead the store staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed efficiently.

You will collaborate with management and crews, supervise daily activities, handle customer questions, maintain confidentiality, and ensure accurate stock, pricing, and displays while upholding CVS standards and safety policies.

Formación

• Deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends and some overnights.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store staff in absence of manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price, stock, and display merchandise; manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal items.
