Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while delivering exceptional customer service. When managers are away, you will lead the store staff, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and uphold store standards.

You will supervise crews, communicate with management, stock and merchandise displays, and resolve customer issues in a timely, professional manner.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, overnights, weekends.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and store software.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of management and ensure store operations run smoothly.
