Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management and drive execution with a focus on customer service. When leadership is unavailable, you will lead the team through opening and closing procedures and ensure smooth daily operations.

You will emphasize a positive shopping experience, supervise staff, and handle customer concerns while maintaining confidentiality and high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain displays per planogram and weekly promos.
